95Cr18 steel belongs to high carbon and high chromium martensitic stainless steel, and its corrosion resistance is improved compared with that of Cr17 martensitic stainless steel. Other properties are similar to that of Cr17 martensitic stainless steel, but its corrosion resistance is worse than that of low carbon stainless steel. It has excellent rust resistance and corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, water and some acid and salt aqueous solutions. The heat treatment of 95Cr18 steel generally adopts quenching+low temperature tempering. After heat treatment, it has high hardness, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
